Here at HW Dance your child's safety is our main priority.

DBS

Our main staff all have a DBS certificate (which can be checked with the DBS register at any point).

FIRST AID

While we hope to not need to perform any first aid at HW Dance, while it is not a requirement to have a first aider in the team, our staff have had first aid training.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY 

We have our own child protection policy here at HW Dance which has been created by our main staff, and child protection officer who have both have under gone many training courses with in child protection (certificates produced on request). Should you wish to read our child protection policy please ask a member of staff!

GDPR

With the new data protection act (2018) we do not keep your data for more than an academic year with out asking for updates, and we destroy all records at the end of the year. Should you wish to stop receiving updates from HW Dance please let a member of staff know. All data is stored safely.

HW Dance aims to be inclusive to all. Be it special educational needs, a recurring injury or other issues. We work in a fun family friendly environment, to make sure everyone feels welcome and included.
